The City of New Albany has announced the return of its Emergency Repair Program (ERP), allocating an additional $100,000 to assist homeowners with essential repairs.
This initiative aims to address critical issues such as plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, furnace replacements, and accessibility modifications.
The program's previous success has prompted this renewed commitment to support residents in maintaining safe and habitable homes.
Eligible homeowners can receive grants of up to $10,000 through this Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)-supported program.
