Recent additions like the 252-unit Nicholas Landing apartments and a $5.5 million Main Street upgrade are energizing the area with new homes and businesses.

The Jeffersonville community is joining forces for the 2025 Thanksgiving Food Drive, determined to ensure local families enjoy a comforting holiday meal.
Donations of essential items like green beans, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, rice, stuffing mix, and turkey or ham are especially needed.
Optional treats, such as pumpkin pie filling, dinner rolls, and marshmallows, add warmth and holiday cheer to each basket.
Donations are accepted through November 22nd at the Center for Lay Ministries and Eastside Christian Church food pantries in Jeffersonville.
Pick-up options are available by contacting the pantries directly if you can't deliver in person.
Families seeking assistance are encouraged to sign up online quickly, as supply is limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Small acts of kindness, like notes or decorated bags, can make the season brighter for neighbors in need.

The New Albany Knights of Columbus are bringing back their much-loved Annual Christmas Craft Bazaar on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 809 East Main Street.
From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, visitors can browse an impressive collection of handcrafted goods from over 40 local vendors.
This is the perfect spot to discover unique gifts, stunning seasonal decorations, and creative artisanal products—ideal for jumpstarting holiday shopping in New Albany.
A mouthwatering chicken and dumpling lunch will be served from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, adding extra delight to the event.

Downtown New Albany will sparkle with holiday cheer on Saturday, November 15, 2025, as the beloved Jingle Walk returns.
